When the original heat palette launched last year it became a fan favorite with everyone falling in love with the burnt hues and the rich colours, offering us 12 all-new shades varying from shimmers, metallics, and mattes.
When the autumn season approaches we all dive into our copper and burnt oranges and warm toned make-up as if our lives depend on it! Barry M are well known for their nail polishes and colour changing lipsticks but they also have eyeshadow palette's and for this fall they released "Fall In Love" which is a good dupe for the Anastasia "Subculture" palette.
The Colours & Formula
This palette is perfect for those who are starting to get into make-up and loves matte eyeshadows that are warm toned! The most eye-catching colour would be the really pretty orangey mustard tone and the rich deep red. I like this palette because of the variety of matte shades that it offers, but there are some downsides to it, there are some fallout and the darker the colour the more pigmented it is as the lighter ones so they don't pack a punch, unlike the darker ones.
The eyeshadows formula seem a tad on the chalky side and some colours blend really well and some don't, but that all depends on the brush you are using. (the bristles of a brush make a big difference when blending anything). Personally, i think the darker colours feel more buttery than the lighter ones.

Application, Packaging
The packaging for this product isn't exactly the best but it is stable. The outer packaging is made from a sturdy cardboard that flips open to reveal the big mirror and the 10 squares that are full of eyeshadow.
Where to buy?
You can buy this from Superdrugs in-store or online and from Boots in-store or online

With revolution releasing new products all the time, they have just released a collection of liquid highlighters that could give cover FX a run for their money as they are close to being dupes for their custom enhancer drops and for less money.
We all know Ashley Tisdale and her acting and singing career but she has brought out her own makeup line with BHcosmetics that offers a wide selection of products and a variety of colours. The line includes brushes, eyeshadow palettes and lip and cheek tints
Once again Urban Decay has graced us with another palette to add to the "NAKED" collection. The "HEAT" palette is the 6th addition to the collection, made up of warm toned Red's, Browns, and burnt hues.

Formula
The formula for these all feel quite oily till they dry, but even when they dry they don't feel fully matte they feel more semi matte than anything else. They didn't dry the lips out, but they did not feel particularly nice on either. The metallic one seemed more nicer on the lips than the matte ones but still was not a nice formula. The drying time for these vary as depending on the colour and how much was applied due to the unevenness of the coverage, metallic one dried faster than the matte and had a better coverage.

Application
The pencil's for the lip kits felt quite hard and was not easy to apply as they didn't glide on, you had to use a bit of pressure to apply them, which made they seem like they came out patchy.
The liquid lipsticks applicator is a doe foot applicator but a very hard one which made it hard to apply as i felt like i didn't have much control with it which made lines come out messy and uneven coverage.

Packaging
The packaging -
- was eye catching with different finishes and textures used to catch the buyers attention. a simple rectangle with a flimsy window to see the actually product. (can see in the main photo)
- Slick and simple, has a black coating with a different coloured end depending on the shade of lipstick, and a plastic transparent cap. looks more on the higher end than the liquid lipstick.
The Liquid Lipstick -
- Very basic and boring, with words "Metallic Liquid Lipstick" or "Matte Liquid Lipstick" which helps identify what the finish of it is. The tube is coloured similar to the shade that inside, with a plain black cap which when you unscrew has a long doe foot applicator attached to it.
Overall
Considering the lips kits only cost £3 each your only going to get what you pay for. I personally wouldn't say they are the worst product out there but they surely are not the best. But they colours are nice. With a little more time spent on the formula they would have been better.
Where to buy?
These can be bought at any Primark store in the UK for only £3. Not sure if they are sold outside of the EU.
